Niamh has been in the restaurant and hospitality business since the age of 16 years old. Working in weddings and events initially, Niamh then moved to restaurant management.

Niamh’s vast experience took her from small local restaurants to Restaurant Manager in Adare Manor where she studied her Restaurant management programme.

Niamh joined the House Limerick Team in 2021 and continues to lead the team to continued success. Niamh has a passion for high-standard service and consistent training and up-skilling of her team.

She is known for balancing high-standard service with her friendly personality.
