Peter trained at just 16 years old in Portrush in Northern Ireland and has taken all of his talents from working in high-end restaurants and 6-star cruise lines to running his own food truck for 5 years.
His vast range of experience is what helps Peter curate different menus to suit all occasions and requests.

Peter is known throughout the team for being a strong team leader and someone who never shies away from a new request.
